The property comprises on the ground floor of a lounge, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room, downstairs toilet and an open plan outside patio area. The first floor comprises  master bedroom,  and bathroom. The second floor houses two further bedrooms.

Off street parking is provided immediately in front of the cottage for one car. Additional visitor parking is available within 50 yards of the cottage in the municipal car parks. You can arrive, park up and forget about driving throughout your memorable visit to Sidmouth.
